Where your guests can post their review
Add the links for the sites you're listed on. Guests copy what they wrote and paste it there, in their own words.
How guest feedback works
One QR in the room or at checkout. Every guest is asked the same question, and you hear about problems while the guest is still close by.
- 1
The guest scans
A QR in the room, at reception or on the bill opens your feedback page.
- 2
They rate the stay
One to five stars, on their own phone, with nothing to install.
- 3
Happy? Share it
Guests who rate 4 or 5 write a few words, copy them, and choose a review site to post on.
- 4
A problem? Tell us
Guests who rate lower pick the department, say what went wrong, and leave a number for a call back.
- 5
Put it right
The GM gets a WhatsApp at once, and the complaint goes into a queue until someone resolves it.
Hear about a bad stay before checkout, not after
A low rating raises a WhatsApp alert to the number you set, with the room, department and what the guest said. It also opens a complaint that stays on the list until someone deals with it.
- WhatsApp alert for every low rating, with a test button in settings
- Complaints marked new, in progress or resolved
- Assigned to a member of staff
- A tick for "guest called back"
- Resolution notes kept with the complaint
- Your own departments on the feedback form

See which department is letting the stay down
Every rating is tagged with a department. The dashboard shows the week's trend, how each department is doing, and how many happy guests actually went on to a review site.
- Average rating and feedback count, with a 7-day trend
- Ratings by department over the last 30 days
- Monthly summaries and a 12-week trend
- How many guests clicked through to each review site
- All feedback filtered by date, exported to CSV
Your rating, and the hotel next door's
Foxotel pulls in your Google and TripAdvisor reviews and keeps a snapshot of your rating each time, so you can see the trend over weeks rather than react to one review. Add the hotels you compete with and follow their Google rating alongside yours.
- Google reviews imported using your own SerpApi key
- TripAdvisor reviews from your listing
- Rating trend over the last 12 weeks, and review volume by month
- Competitors' Google rating and review count
- Imports run in batches you can pause and resume

What reviews are actually about
Imported reviews are read for the topics guests mention most in hotels, and each topic gets a positive or negative score. "The AC" coming up again and again is easier to act on than an average rating.
- Room, AC and temperature, food, staff and service, Wi-Fi, and value for money
- Each topic scored from the words guests use
- See whether you've replied to each imported review
